The redevelopment project will enable the delivery of efficient, accessible, high-quality patient care, while replacing some of the oldest spaces in the hospital. Formerly Toronto East General Hospital, this redevelopment project involves the addition of a new 8-storey tower and 3-storey connection along with partial demolition and renovations (100,000 SF) to the existing hospital. The addition will expand the facility by 550,000 SF. LEED Silver targeted.
